Students examine the different personality types and select the one that best describes themselves. Initially, they are given 3 criteria that describe their selection. They discuss what other characteristics they have in common for that category. This segment is presented in two videos. "The Creative Thinkers" and "The Managers" present their additional descriptors to the rest of the class.

Coaches may also use this strategy while working with teachers during a planning session. It allows teachers to become aware of their own personality type and how their students may function differently.
